Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks an ED/UC physician for ongoing locum tenens assignments in Wisconsin. Shifts run: days 7:00–19:30 and nights 18:30–07:00 (12.5 hours). The ED/UC handles approximately 40–60 patients per 24 hours, with about 20 patients per shift.

ACLS and ATLS are required; newborn deliveries are not received in ED, though L&D is available. We offer pre-paid travel and housing, malpractice coverage, licensing cost reimbursement, and NALTO membership in a competitive package.

Qualifications

• ACLS and ATLS required
• No stroke certification on site
• L&D department available for deliveries outside ED

Responsibilities

• Provide ED/UC care during day and night shifts
• Manage high-acuity patient load in fast-paced ED/UC setting
• Cover ongoing assignments in Wisconsin with pre-arranged travel and housing support
