Job summary

Baseball Lifestyle 101 Denver, Colorado is seeking a Wholesale Warehouse Lead to supervise inventory intake, processing, and storage in line with purchase orders and retailer policy. You will ensure timely shipping and loss prevention, reporting to the Wholesale Distribution Manager.

The role involves leading warehouse staff, training new hires, coordinating packing, labeling, and cycle counts in a fast-paced environment with a 8am–4pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Wholesale Warehouse Associates to ensure operations run smoothly; acting as Wholesale Warehouse manager in absence of the Wholesale Distribution Manager.
• Delegate responsibilities to Wholesale Warehouse Associates as needed.
• Receive wholesale inventory and organize stocks / maintain inventory.
• Print orders, attach packing slips, and edit as needed.
• Print and apply labels to orders; send Order Acknowledgement and ASN after shipment.
• Inspect products for errors, defects and damages; palletize outgoing shipments.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and neatness; suggest warehousing improvements.
• Communicate concerns to direct supervisors; monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts.

Pay Range : $22.50 per Hour

Location : 455 West 56th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216

Schedule : 8am - 4pm (Shifts may extend until work is completed & also may vary during peak seasons)

Summary of Role:

The Wholesale Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising and fulfilling thelogistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and retailer policy. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention.The WholesaleWarehouse Lead will report directly to the Wholesale Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and train Wholesale Warehouse Associates to ensure operations run smoothly; acting as Wholesale Warehouse manager in absence of the Wholesale Distribution Manager.
• Assist in training new hires, and answering any questions or concerns the team may have
• Delegate responsibilities to Wholesale Warehouse Associates as needed
• Receive wholesale inventory
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Print orders from Warehouse Management System and pick items as listed on the Packing Slip to attach to the package making necessary edits as needed
• Printing and applying labels to orders as needed
• After order is shipped send Order Acknowledgement and Advance Ship Notice
• Inspect products for errors, defects and damages
• Organize and palletize outgoing shipments based on retailer specifications
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Communicate with direct supervisors with any concerns
• Proactively address monitor to inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Assist in cycle counting as needed
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
