We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, detailed, and organized individual with an eye for fashion to join our sales team with a focus on specialty and off-price businesses. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities, as well as the ability to prioritize their workload effectively. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting our sales team and will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the showroom.
  2. Communicate all issues that arise in the order process with the customer(s) buying team including but not limited to shipping, carding/ticketing, PO information pulled from customer portals, etc.
  3. Complete all new item set up forms for accounts.
  4. Maintain all data entry in internal systems and databases.
  5. Assist and support the sales team with all prep work for all meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
  6. Responsible for all market planning and logistics in the discount sector; including appointment scheduling, showroom set up/break down, note taking, preparing account line sheets.
