Job summary

You will document procedures, develop reporting tools, and assist management on special projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; related experience with 4+ years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Entry-level with Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• Will consider no degree with 4+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley controls is preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction and billing determinant data into systems.
• Reconcile data between systems under direction of others.
• Prepare, administer and analyze invoice and allocation results against commitments and resolve discrepancies.
• Document desktop procedures and operate settlement systems per procedures.
• Estimate and actualize revenue, expense, and allocations to operating companies and GL accounts.
• Maintain and organize contract files, invoices, audit requests, regulatory documentation.
• Prepare basic schedules and documents to support regulatory filings.
• Demonstrate understanding of wholesale contracts, regulatory agreements, and RTO settlements.
• Provide information support to financial and operational functions using reporting tools.
