Rise Data Labs is seeking a Wholesale & Sales Operations AI Training Specialist to help build realistic task scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and contribute to benchmark development in the wholesale domain. You will author examples from your own work, grade AI-generated deliverables, and help shape evaluation rubrics.

This role emphasizes Excel-driven data tasks, collaboration with evaluators, and creating reference materials such as order data and pricing sheets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a Wholesale & Sales Operations AI Training Specialist at Rise Data Labs, you will play a crucial role in training and enhancing AI models specifically tailored for the wholesale trade domain. This role centers on benchmark task creation and evaluation: you'll author realistic, economically valuable wholesale and sales tasks and rubrics based on your own professional experience, then grade AI-generated deliverables against them.

What You’ll Do

• Author realistic task scenarios from your own work — e.g., building a sales performance model, processing and analyzing order data, or preparing a client proposal or account review
• Contribute the kinds of reference materials you'd normally use (order data, pricing sheets, account spreadsheets)
• Write rubrics specifying what a correct deliverable requires — accurate calculations, correct file structure, professional formatting
• Grade AI-generated deliverables (frequently Excel models, with some Word/PowerPoint) against your rubric
• Participate in calibration sessions with other evaluators to align scoring standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in wholesale sales, account management, distribution, or order/logistics operations
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data-heavy deliverables
• Prior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plus
