Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant to support its men’s brands sold through Saks and Neiman Marcus. You will assist senior sales executives with daily sales activities, order processing, and showroom coordination in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with buyers, preparing line sheets, managing inventory and samples, and contributing to market prep and reporting.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with buyers and assistant buyers at key retail accounts.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, purchase orders, and EDI transactions.
• Communicate with retail partners regarding deadlines, order updates, and time-sensitive matters.
• Photograph merchandise for sales appointments, line sheets, and sample shipments.
• Organize and track showroom samples while maintaining inventory records.
• Support seasonal market preparation, showroom organization, merchandise presentation, and setup for customer visits.
• Attend showroom meetings and document key points and follow-up items.
• Coordinate preparation, shipment, and tracking of market materials and samples for retail customers.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets to monitor purchases, sales activity, and inventory levels.
• Assist with basic sales reporting, retail analysis, and calculations.
• Keep brand inventory records and seasonal reference books current.
• Compile and distribute weekly selling reports using data from retail partners.
• Contribute to additional sales department projects as needed.
