Job description

Mission for Acquisitions

To drive NEW business revenue by:

  • Generating conversations with potential Homeowners
  • Signing purchase agreements with Homeowners
Position and Responsibilities
  • $80,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum)
  • This equates to approximately 4 closed deals per month.
  • Based on a 20% closing ratio, you will need to conduct about 100 live seller appointments per month (roughly 25 per week).
  • Appointments will be through two primary methods:
    • Inbound Booked Appointments: approximately 3-5 per day, 5 days a week, totaling about 100 per month.
  • You are expected to meet your numbers regardless of inbound lead flow.
  • Daily execution of team & administrative tasks:
    • Morning Role Plays/Huddles
    • Team Huddle via Zoom
    • Send end of day report via Slack sales chat
    • Update personal projections & numbers sheet
    • Update team KPI tracking sheet

You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule but should allocate enough time to attend approximately 25 appointments through inbound and self-generated leads.

Compensation

$125,000+ at plan commission, with a focus on hitting KPIs and generating business.
