Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a Senior Planner, Wholesale in New York to drive seasonal merchandise planning and inventory strategy. You will create wholesale reports, set revenue targets, and collaborate with Sales and Merchandising to align assortments with financial goals.

The role emphasizes strong Excel modeling, backlog forecasting, and cross-functional partnership to optimize inventory and profitability in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience in planning, buying, wholesale or retail sales.
• Strong Excel modeling abilities and advanced analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with wholesale or retail sales planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain all wholesale reporting including Style Selling, Sales to Stock, Delivery Sell Thru and Weekly Top-line reports.
• Set top line revenue targets and provide financial planning guidance by season, market and account.
• Partner with Sales and Corporate Merchandising to ensure assortment plans align with financial targets.
• Manage retail OTB to profitably plan and grow the retail business with monthly accuracy checks.
• Forecast wholesale revenue, RTVs, MDs, and VA impact in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Own replenishment processes: forecast by account and consolidate views using history and trends; forecast weekly, monthly and annual revenue.
• Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools; provide support to the sales team and account partners.
