Job summary

Parts By Cochran is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support shipping operations and inventory processes. You will ship parts via FedEx/UPS, verify labels, and coordinate with managers and the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

The role requires basic computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required, and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with computers.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Great work ethic with and ability to work on a team.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shipping parts out using FedEx or UPS
• Measure parts and ensure packaging is entered correctly
• Coordinate with managers and sales team to ensure label information is correct
• Assist in verifying invoices in the morning, to help drivers get out on the road
• Assist in pulling parts and invoices
• Keep aisles clean and free of parts
• Maintain professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers
