Job summary

Parts by Cochran in Natrona Heights, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Parts Associate to ship parts, verify labeling, and support the sales team. You will coordinate with managers to ensure accurate invoicing and efficient daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to read and understand instructions. We offer a full benefits package, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and room to grow within the company.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Shipping parts out using FedEx or UPS.
• Measure parts and make sure the packaging is entered correctly.
• Coordinate with managers and sales team to ensure label information is correct.
• Assist in verifying invoices in the morning, to help get the drivers out on the road.
• Assist in pulling parts and invoices.
• Keep aisles clean and free of parts.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers.
