Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers at Store #2391, 5350 Rivers Avenue, N. Charleston, SC 29406. This full-time role focuses on helping paint customers choose products, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

You will tint and mix products, process transactions, handle deliveries as needed, and stay informed about product features to upsell effectively. Excellent service mindset required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
