Job summary

Tapestry is seeking an Account Services Specialist for Wholesale in North Bergen, NJ. The role is hybrid ( onsite Tue, Wed, Thu ) with 8:00am–5:00pm ET, focusing on managing order flow from entry to shipment and ensuring timely delivery for wholesale clients.

You will maintain SOX controls, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and provide post‑shipment support while improving processes to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales operations, or wholesale/retail environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely customer service to internal and external contacts, owning assigned accounts.
• Be the point of contact for wholesale customers, resolving issues independently or with internal teams.
• Communicate issues pertaining to accounts to customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Sales & Wholesale Operations to protect revenue and address risks.
