Job summary

Relation Insurance Services in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Brokerage Consultant who will drive sales of life and/or annuity insurance through wholesale channels. This role requires 2+ years of experience in the insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of insurance products.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with brokers while providing training and support. A dynamic work environment with a focus on employee wellness and development is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in life or annuity insurance sales, preferably within wholesale or brokerage channels.
• Must have a customer‑centric approach with the proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and cultivates relationships with wholesale partners.
• Provides knowledge of life or annuity insurance products to wholesale partners.
• Tracks and analyzes sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Skills

Strong knowledge of life or annuity insurance products

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
