We are excited to hire a Wholesale Experience Marketing Manager to join our team at Victoria Beckham Beauty. This role will report to the Global Wholesale Marketing Director, and will focus on building & driving a consistent and impactful wholesale experience across retailers’ digital and brick & mortar channels that drives awareness, builds brand equity and delivers excellent customer experience that maximizes sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of Wholesale Experience Marketing to strategize and implement marketing support plans by retailer that align with our overall brand strategy and business objectives
  • Manage the annual retail marketing calendar and communicate changes to key counterparts across the organization
  • Ensure adherence to wholesale marketing budget by tracking quotes and invoices and maintaining YTD/YTG spend
  • Maintain go-to-market, store design and activation, merchandising guidelines and brand code presentations, ensuring information and imagery is always up to date
  • Ideate and support client eventing initiatives in partnership with wholesale and education partners
  • Manage planogramming updates by retailer and counter type
  • Create merchandising guidelines and communicate them effectively with sales and merchant teams
  • Maintain file organization and integrate efficient ways of working
  • Brief Creative department on design and copy requests
  • Manage campaign asset deliveries and act as key liaison between retailer partners and creative
  • Brief external vendors for launch animations and production projects, ensuring accountability
  • Serve as day to day marketing point person for vendors and retailers, managing requests and bubbling up decisions as needed
  • Support new construction and store design projects, ensuring a seamless counter opening experience
  • Develop excellent working cross-functional relationships, always advocating for the wholesale consumer and experience
  • Lead market research in merchandising solutions, identifying opportunities and areas for evolution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the luxury beauty industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in marketing, business, merchandising, design or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies
  • Regional marketing experience with opening new distribution a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and follow through
  • High level of attention to detail and keen eye for design
  • Ability to work cross-functionallyto deliver a seamless and impactful VBB experience across all channels and markets
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize multi projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
  • Eager to drive impact in a rapidly scaling business
  • Dedicated and passionate about building brand identity
  • Energized by learning and solving problems
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Must present a positive, professional and energetic attitude
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office (NYC)

Salary Range: The Salary Range for this position is $100-120K, with exact salary depending on the location, prior work experience, and the assessment for one's fit of the role.
