Job summary

PUMA in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Sport Merchandising Manager to develop and execute wholesale and DTC merchandising strategies, combining consumer insights with business acumen to hit productivity and financial goals. You will own footwear and apparel merchandising within the marketplace, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and key accounts.

Lead seasonal range planning, product briefs, pricing and GTM documents; oversee sample ordering for pre-line meetings and sales calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, retail merchandising, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising or product management experience in wholesale or retail.
• Strong business orientation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop wholesale and marketplace merchandising strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead seasonal range planning and product briefs, including pricing and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and key accounts to align on GTM and activations.
• Travel 20–30% domestically and internationally.
