Job summary

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring for Waterbury and Hartford branches as Counter Sales Associates. This full-time, in-office role runs Mon–Fri with Saturday rotation and offers $20–$25/hour plus an incentive plan.

You will assist contractors and homeowners, manage transactions using POS and WMS systems, and help maintain inventory and counter presentation. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years counter sales, customer management or customer service.
• Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using our point-of-sale and WMS systems
• Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns and exchanges professionally
• Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively growing your product knowledge

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Counter Sales Associates for positions atour Waterburyand Hartford branches. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Associates who want to be a part of a fast-paced and culture forward environment.

What You’ll Do:
