Join our remote team at Ancient Crunch, the fastest growing real food brand, as a Wholesale Assistant. You'll help with everything necessary to keep the wholesale side of our business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with necessary paperwork and administrative tasks as they arise. Example: A new retailer requests a vendor onboarding form and pricing sheet. Accurately complete and submit the required documentation, ensuring timely account setup.
- Create presentations that highlight key aspects of our products. Example: A broker partner of ours has an upcoming meeting with an interested retailer and requests for us to provide a deck.
- Record any issues with wholesale orders so we have an accurate record. Example: An account complains that their MASA order is stale and this needs to be logged on our quality control spreadsheet.
- Update the store locator as we continue to expand our wholesale presence. Example: A new grocery store placed an order for Vandy and they need to be added to the store locator on the website.
- Help with other miscellaneous tasks as they arise. Example: placing orders, accounts payable, customer health checks, basic data analysis, etc.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Good at writing succinct emails, good at following up, good etiquette, and effective verbal communication.
- Personal passion for and knowledge about health, wellness, fitness, luxury, or fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Live and authorized to work in the US.
