Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Account Marketing Senior Manager to lead wholesale account marketing and sales support for Skechers Performance products across specialty and sporting goods channels.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to drive growth via omni-channel campaigns and strong account partnerships. The role emphasizes seasonal marketing calendars, ROI analysis, and in-store/digital effectiveness, with onsite work in Manhattan Beach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience in wholesale accounts.
• People management experience required (4+ years as a direct supervisor).
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office; Mac/PC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Main marketing contact for wholesale accounts within Golf, Running, Soccer, Basketball, and Pickleball categories.
• Develop seasonal marketing calendars and omni-channel campaigns (in-store and digital).
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Creative Team to provide seasonal marketing assets.
• Oversee lifecycle and workflow of account marketing projects from inception to execution.
• Manage budget and ROI evaluation for campaigns.
