Skechers is seeking an Account Marketing Senior Manager to lead wholesale account marketing for Performance products across golf, running, soccer, basketball and pickleball. You will drive omni-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and partner with sales, sports marketing and creative to deliver impact at retail and online.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of wholesale marketing experience, strong leadership, and expertise in digital and in-store tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience in wholesale accounts.
• People management experience (4+ years).
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as main marketing contact for wholesale accounts in Golf, Running, Soccer, Basketball, and Pickleball.
• Develop seasonal marketing calendars and campaigns for in-store and digital channels.
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept to final execution across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sports Marketing and Creative teams to deliver assets and ROI analysis.
