Qualifications

  • CPA or active progress toward CPA preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to structured investments or loan-related products is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare transaction schedules and supporting documentation for new investment activity.
  • Review onboarding information, validate key dates, and process recurring third-party reporting files.
  • Reconcile cash activity and investment data, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on funding requirements, transaction allocations, liquidity, and settlement.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from investment professionals, external service providers, counterparties, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of portfolio, transaction, and reference data.
  • Support financing activities and liquidity management across investment strategies.
  • Assist with the onboarding and ongoing oversight of external service providers, counterparties, and custodians.
  • Confirm that required documentation and supporting materials are received before transactions are funded.
  • Monitor portfolio activity, performance trends, and other investment-related developments.
  • Participate in the testing and enhancement of internal investment management and reporting tools.
  • Help develop and improve accounting policies, operational procedures, internal controls, and workflows using automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Assist with investment-level profit-and-loss calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
