Schedule: Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Salary Range: $24–$34/hour

We are seeking a proactive, compassionate National Board‑Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC‑HWC) to deliver personalized, evidence‑based coaching through both virtual and in‑person visits. You will support members in achieving sustainable behavior change, navigating health resources, and meeting their wellness goals. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with RN care managers, registered dietitians, medical providers, and behavioral health clinicians. This role requires strong clinical boundaries, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a high‑volume coaching schedule.
Compensation Range: $26.62 to $41.75
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
