Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Beverly, MA is seeking a Team Member for the Whole Body department to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service, stock and rotate products, and maintain attractive displays. You will follow standard procedures and support store programs while upholding health and safety regulations.

Prior retail experience is not required. The wage range for this position is $17.00-$25.40 hourly, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn knowledge of all products in the department.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service in the Whole Body department.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, rotation, and shelving.
• Process customer special orders and complete related records.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive displays per standards.
• Assist training of new Team Members and support programs.
• Support store, regional, and national programs and initiatives.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Open, mid, and close duties with accurate pricing and signage.
• Report safety hazards and follow up on issues promptly.
