Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Team Member for the Whole Body department. You will provide courteous service, maintain displays, and ensure freshness and proper rotation of stock while supporting store programs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing special orders, training new team members, and upholding quality goals. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including nights and holidays.

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Follows department procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking product.
• May assist in training new Team Members.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintains clean and safe working/shopping environment.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
