Base pay range

$19.05/hr - $33.20/hr

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
  • Lead and develop Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
  • Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  • Assist in sales analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes.
  • Resolve team concerns and act as departmental lead in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Set and maintain high standards of retail execution.
  • Foster a positive team environment and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train, mentor, motivate, and evaluate Team Members.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
Minimum Requirements
  • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
