Base pay range
$19.05/hr - $33.20/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop Team Members, ensuring a positive, courteous, and efficient service environment.
- Support store standards, health and safety regulations, and company values.
- Develop store layout and product merchandising strategies.
- Achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets in collaboration with the Team Leader.
- Analyze sales reports and assist with budgeting and inventory management.
- Resolve team concerns, act as point person in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Foster teamwork, respect, and morale among staff.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and questions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Team Members to promote high performance and reduce turnover.

Experience
- At least 18 months retail Team Member experience and 6 months supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Stand/walk 6-8 hours, sit 1-4 hours in an 8-hour shift.
- Use of hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperature variations.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Use of tools and equipment, including ladders and heavy machinery.
