Guides ensure guest safety, deliver top-notch service, and uphold Zoar Outdoors' leadership in the outdoor industry. Responsibilities include guiding guests, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a positive team culture while staying flexible with weather and trip levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old before first day of work.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• CPR/FA certification (training provided during preseason).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold safety standards.
• Be playful, professional, and charismatic with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests on whitewater trips as assigned, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain high customer service standards and Zoar Outdoors' image.
• Promote a culture of safety and positive team atmosphere.
• Be able to work on beginning-intermediate trips; assist advanced guides as needed.
