DOGPOUND NYC is seeking a luxury-level Maintenance Associate for our New York location. This full-time role offers $25/hour and requires discipline, discretion, and white-glove standards in a high-profile gym environment.

You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment, uphold immaculate presentation, and ensure spaces reflect elite hospitality. The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years in luxury facilities and can work early mornings and weekends with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of luxury facility or hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to maintain white-glove presentation standards.
• Experience in high-profile or celebrity-facing settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on gym equipment.
• Maintain building upkeep to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure spaces reflect immaculate presentation at all times.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact member experience.
• Re-rack weights and reset the training floor between shifts.
• Disinfect all equipment and surfaces to elite hygiene standards.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism within a high-profile, member-facing environment.
