Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Community Onboarding Manager in Orlando, FL to lead end-to-end oversight of new residential construction projects and deliver a premium onboarding experience. You will build relationships with property managers, developers, and staff, educate customers about onboarding and our technology suite, and ensure a smooth handoff to our regional operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in project management or business.
• 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Alignment with Hotwire's White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with property stakeholders about project status.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding technology needs.
• Be visible on-site and respond to customer or builder requests promptly.
• Maintain weekly presence during construction and move-in phases.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track tasks using Site Tracker and Salesforce to meet milestones and flag risks.
• Work cross-functionally to remove blockers to on-time delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status and executive reports.
• Attend kick-offs, town halls, and board meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to fulfill on-site needs and contracts.
• Provide information to billing and coordinate pre-launch meetings across teams.
