Qualifications

• 2+ years in a phone-based call center or high-volume environment.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resilience and grit in high-volume environments; focus on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com in a professional manner across inbound and outbound phone, email, and text communications.
• Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify clients’ real estate transaction needs and respond with white-glove service.
• Conduct thorough discovery to determine consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences.
• Work in a collaborative team atmosphere and independently.
• Determine client needs through problem-solving, listening, and questioning skills.
• Create connections between consumers and real estate professionals to move the business forward.
• Scheduling flexibility for late evenings or weekend hours.
• Read and speak English fluently; Spanish bonus but not essential.
