Qualifications

• Minimum two years of call center experience.
• Must be willing to work in a heavy phone-based environment.
• Must be able to work in office 3 days per week.
• Experience with outbound calls is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support to real estate professionals.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide product usage.
• Assist with billing inquiries and general account questions.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce after each interaction.
