Seven Springs Wealth Group is seeking a Client Service Manager to serve as the operational expert of the Diamond Team, partnering with Wealth Advisors and Wealth Associates to implement recommendations with accuracy and exceptional service.

They will be the trusted resource for clients, guiding the implementation, coordinating account paperwork, and providing proactive status updates while maintaining white-glove service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting wealth management, financial planning, brokerage, or related professional environments.
• Strong knowledge of custodial operations and account servicing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, timely client service communications throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate account paperwork, transfers, and maintenance requests with custodians.
• Guide advisory teams through documentation requirements and implementation steps.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to deliver white-glove service.
