Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We are a Fortune 500 company offering a family-friendly environment, competitive benefits, full training, and varied career paths.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include basic appliance installation, safe handling of gas and electric units, professional interaction with builders

Qualifications

1+ years of Appliance Delivery & Installation experience preferred.
Valid state issued license required.
Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with equipment.
Ability to deliver white-glove service and excellent customer care.
Mechanical skills and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
Safely handle and install gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functional per manufacturer specs.
Interact professionally with builders, designers, and customers on-site.
Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
Handle driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
