Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking Installation Associates to install and remove appliances in residential and commercial settings. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed, starting pay at $24/hour with higher rates based on experience.

You will handle basic gas and electric appliances, interact with customers and builders, and participate in company-paid training to advance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery/installation experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card required to meet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform basic appliance install and learn custom installations with training.
• Handle gas/electric appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges and refrigerators accurately.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free and fully functioning per specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend paid installation training and certifications to stay updated.
