Job description

Title: Production Operator

Location:

Coal Township, PA

Salary:

$19.92/hour (After 90 days of active employment and a solid performance review, eligible for a rate increase)

Schedule:

Straight midnight (S/3)

Shift Differential:

$1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shifts)

Manufacturing facilities in five states across the United States, leading in serving gun clubs and shooters.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Operate, troubleshoot, and perform adjustments on machinery.
  2. Load cardboard boxes into production equipment.
  3. Transport palletized materials using a forklift.
  4. Perform quality checks.
  5. Adhere to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Operate cast or paint machines.
  2. Replace machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
  3. Maintain paint drum reservoirs.
Position Requirements:
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Prior related production line experience preferred.
  3. Forklift operation experience preferred.
  4. Mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
  5. Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, work independently and in a team.
  6. Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  7. Flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
