Job Details

Title: Production Operator
Location: Webb City, MO (near Joplin, MO)
Salary: $19.67/hour (eligible for rate increase after 90 days and positive performance review)
Schedule: Straight afternoon (S/2)
Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shifts)

Essential Job Functions

Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust machinery.
Load cardboard boxes into production equipment.
Transport palletized materials using a forklift.
Perform quality checks.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Stable work history; prior production line experience preferred.
Forklift operation experience preferred.
Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, work independently and in a team.
Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, work at heights and in extreme weather, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility for shifts and weekends as needed.
