We are seeking a White Collar Litigation Attorney at the associate, counsel, or partner level to join a small firm specializing in high-stakes regulatory and enforcement matters, including SEC and DOJ investigations, white collar defense, and internal corporate investigations.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney to gain hands-on experience in complex government and regulatory issues within a collaborative and dynamic litigation team.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting motions, memoranda, and responses to government subpoenas
• Handling SEC, DOJ, or other regulatory investigations
• Managing litigation processes and client communications

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of substantive litigation experience in white collar defense, internal investigations, or government enforcement
• Familiarity with federal court practice and regulatory procedures
• Excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
