Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated team member for a forklift-operated role within our plant operations. You will weigh, seal, palletize and deliver bags to the warehouse, while maintaining housekeeping and strict quality controls.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a valid forklift operator license. We offer competitive starting pay and benefits including PTO, 401k, health, dental, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain a valid forklift operator license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly weigh, seal & palletize each bag within specifications; report any nonconformity.
• Monitor bag weights & check for sediment in powder; report any nonconformity.
• Deliver neatly palletized bags to warehouse.
• Properly stencil and lot code bags as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanup of equipment, supplies in bagging and work areas throughout the plant.
• Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping.
• Adhere to all aspects of company and customer safety, sanitation, and site policies.
• Assists with training new employees.
• May be required to relieve other jobs, or clean if production is less for your job position.
• Report and communicate critical information during shift change over.
• Provides assistance to the maintenance personnel, when needed, for machine repairs or troubleshooting.
