The Gate Ambassador is responsible for overseeing a designated group of gates and ensuring smooth and timely wheelchair passenger transitions. This role supports both passengers and wheelchair agents by managing gate coordination, organizing wheelchair availability, and assisting with transfers, especially during high‑volume situations. The Gate Ambassador acts as a communication bridge between the gate, passenger assistants, shift leaders, and dispatchers.
