Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to repair and paint wheels, inspect tires, and perform wheel removal and installation in a fast-paced garage setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of wheel repair experience, strong communication skills, and a valid license. The role involves team-based work and may require weekend availability with programs for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Automotive paint/wheel repair experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Communication with management on issues noticed during breakdown of the tires is a must.
• Organized and understands quality demands.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair wheels with road rash, scratches, scuffs etc.
• Paint surfaces of wheels.
• Inspect wheels to be repaired.
• Removal of wheels from vehicle and installation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
