Job summary

WheelsOnsite USA Inc. is seeking a Mobile Wheel Repair Technician to recondition damaged wheels directly at customer locations, including homes, workplaces, and auto shops. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and superb customer service in a dynamic mobile environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a company vehicle and tools provided. Training is paid, and benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry large/heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong emphasis on delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Automotive and/or technical experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops).
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationships.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Keep vehicle, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with policy.
