Job summary

WheelsOnsite USA is hiring a Mobile Wheel Repair Technician to recondition damaged wheels directly at customer locations, including homes and shops. This hands-on role uses advanced techniques to restore wheel quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Competitive pay, company vehicle and tools provided, paid training, and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mobile environment.

Responsibilities

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops).
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationship.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, as well as equipment and working area.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with company policy.

• Skilled in providing “best in class” customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Automotive and/or technical experience helpful
