Job summary

WheelsOnsite USA seeks a Mobile Wheel Repair Technician to recondition damaged alloy wheels directly at customer locations, including homes, workplaces, and auto shops. You will use advanced techniques and provide exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and paid training; a company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Automotive or technical experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops).
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationships.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Keep a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with company policies.

Wheel Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops)
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationships
• Maintain accurate and complete work records
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, as well as equipment and working areas
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with company policies

Wheel Repair Technician Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.)
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Skilled in providing "best in class" customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Automotive and/or technical experience helpful
