WheelsOnsite USA seeks a Mobile Wheel Repair Technician to recondition damaged wheels directly at customer locations, including homes, workplaces, and auto shops. This hands-on role requires using advanced techniques in a dynamic mobile environment.

You will be responsible for building customer relationships, maintaining records, and safely operating company vehicles. A positive, customer-focused attitude and basic automotive/tech experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle heavy wheels.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Automotive/technical experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops).
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationship.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and organized.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with policy.

Wheel Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations (homes, workplaces, and auto shops)
• Market to local accounts and customers to maintain relationship
• Maintain accurate and complete work records
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, as well as equipment and working area
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with company policy

Wheel Repair Technician Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.)
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Skilled in providing “best in class” customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Automotive and/or technical experience helpful
