Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous wheel repair, auto body, or tire experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wheels for bends, cracks, curb rash, corrosion, and cosmetic damage.
• Perform repairs including straightening, welding, polishing, and refinishing.
• Prep and paint wheels.
• Ensure proper safety and quality control procedures are followed.
• Maintain repair logs, documentation, and parts inventory.
• Work closely with the Recon team and service advisors to support customer and internal needs.
• Communicate clearly regarding repair options and timelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety policies.
