Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Barberton, OH, is seeking an entry-level Wheel Quality Assurance Inspector for the 3rd shift. You’ll receive full training and help ensure forged aluminum wheels meet exact specs while keeping a clean, organized work area.

You’ll document findings, perform precision inspections, and assist with problem-solving as part of a global team. Pay includes a $1 shift differential for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Comfort with data entry and basic computer use.

Responsabilités

• Follow all safety procedures every minute of your shift.
• Perform compliance checks and complete required documentation accurately.
• Visually inspect wheels for defects, malformations, and cosmetic issues.
• Verify dimensional requirements per control plans to ensure parts meet spec.
• Participate in TPM activities and uphold 5S standards.
