Custom Applicator | Full-time, Part-time, or Seasonal

This position is responsible for operating application equipment to apply crop nutrients and crop protection products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with a Sprayer and or Floater.
• Operate and Maintain equipment.
• Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety to oneself, coworkers, and customers
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Previous industry experience
• Custom Applicator License (willing to train the right candidate)
• CDL or ability to obtain
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
• Must meet DOT and Company requirements
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

The position is responsible for tasks in our grain operations department, which includes activities related to grain receiving, shipping and storage.

• Operate machinery such as skid-steer accurately and safely
• Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers, and customers
• Light maintenance
• Rail car loading and unloading

The position is responsible for running wheel loader and skid steer in our grain and agronomy operations departments, which includes activities related to grain receiving, shipping, and storage, as well as seed, fertilizer, and chemical distribution and storage. This is a seasonal position that could transition into a full-time position.

• Operating heavy equipment for loading out dry fertilizer or moving grain
• Operate machinery such as skid-steer and forklift accurately and safely
• Ensure that equipment is maintained and operational
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Exhibit an energetic and polite attitude throughout all encounters during the workday
• Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
• Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers, and customers
