Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for a location in the Schenectady, NY area. You will align tires and wheels using state-of-the-art equipment and perform related maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, properly aligned vehicles.

Responsibilities include completing state inspections and general vehicle service. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a large national tire and auto service network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in mounting/dismounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Use latest equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and other repairs as required.
