Job summary

AltaGas is seeking a front-line customer service professional to handle new business and natural gas service inquiries, review applications for accuracy, and coordinate with customers, contractors, and the Sales Operations team.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or sales in a high-volume, product-driven environment, strong communication and attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Union membership applies; benefits include a total rewards package.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately collect, interpret and record information.
• Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions within established procedures and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to successfully complete the required Writing Skills Evaluation Assessment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
