Job summary

Maximus is seeking a WFM Manager to lead forecasting, staffing, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and performance analysis to meet service levels and contracts. You will guide analysts and schedulers, manage subcontractors, and drive automation while ensuring regulatory and client expectations are met.

The role requires onsite work in Nashville, US citizenship, and willingness to pass a federal background check as contract work proceeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Call Center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management forecasting, staffing, scheduling and realtime monitoring.
• Oversee reporting, QA, training alignment and audit readiness.
• Collaborate across departments to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Manage subcontractor activities and client relationships.
