Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role in the United States for a WFM Capacity Planning & Forecasting/Scheduling Consultant. Responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, predicting workload and workforce needs, creating schedules, collaborating with teams to align staffing with demand, monitoring schedule adherence, and implementing adjustments to optimize workforce efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7-10 years of workforce management experience, with at least 5 years in senior or managerial roles.
  • Support experience with BPO operations in Central America and the Philippines.
  • Proficiency with IEX NICE platform and other workforce management tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
